"I had suffered from chronic shoulder blade discomfort for over a year due to an injury I obtained while training in the martial arts. My wife grew sick of me asking her to message my "spot" and I finally booked an appointment with Nancy after dealing with this discomfort for such a long time. After one session my discomfort was abated! I have always understood the importance of massage therapy in tandem with sports medicine but sometimes we forget how important it really is. Nancy's skill and expertise in eliminating my discomfort and pain is a wonderful reminder to not put off the healing and relief that we need for a better quality of life. I am still amazed at the results from one session. I will be seeing Nancy in perpetuity because of her talent and seaoning as a practitioner.
